I love veggie burgers! Now that grilling season is upon us, I thought it would be nice to try and make my own veggie burger. These were so easy to make and were so delicious. You can really load these up and add in any type of vegetables or even seasoning to these to make them your own.
Sweet Potato Quinoa Burger
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 medium baked sweet potato (with or without skin)
- 1/2 cup pinto beans smashed (you can use any type you would like)
- 3 tbsp. vegan bread crumbs
ADD all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them up! Form medium sized balls then flatten them out. I like my burgers to be big so this recipe made 3 burgers for me.
COOK these on a skillet with oil. Now it's time to put these burgers together!

- Baby kale
- Onions
- Avocado
